Problem
Fox Mulder is imprisoned by aliens in a large circular field surrounded by a fence. Outside the fence is a vicious alien that can run four times as fast as Mulder, but is constrained to stay near the fence. If Mulder can contrive to get to an unguarded point on the fence, he can quickly slip under the fence and escape the aliens. Can he get to a point on the fence ahead of the alien?
